Coquito is a creamy holiday drink made with coconut, cinnamon, and rum. When Goya asked us to help Americans trade eggnog for Coquito, I led the creative strategy that produced the tagline: A tropical way to holiday.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
The line became the foundation of our social (later TV) campaign, and lived well beyond launch. In fact, while shopping at a Jewel in Chicago 6 years later, I heard it on a store radio ad, proof that the message stuck and that shoppers were still buying into the idea.
